As part of the standard assessment package, NOCTI provides a comprehensive set of score reports designed to support meaningful data review and informed decision-making. Reports are delivered electronically through the Client Services Center for the Site Coordinator and are available for both pre- and post- test administrations.

To view student score reports through the Teacher Resource Center, your site coordinator must first link you to the appropriate testing groups (your students). If user codes were released by the test date and no testing groups were set up, the Site Coordinator will need to provide the student reports and certificates to you.

For post-test administrations, the standard scoring package includes:

  • A group score report
  • Analysis of scores
  • Individual score reports for both knowledge-based (written) and skill-based (performance) components
  • Competency-level reports for both individuals and the group
For pre-test administrations, programs receive the same high-quality reports, with the exception of the analysis of scores report.

To support local analysis and reporting needs, all score reports can be exported to Excel. Additional data extracts and summary reports are also available, including:

  • Extracts by test level (pre or post), with or without standard- or job-level scores
  • Competency-level summary reports
A Score Interpretation Quickview is also available. This one-page reference provides a clear overview of how to read and interpret score reports and can be helpful when sharing results with administrators, teachers, parents, and learners.

Standard Post-Test Score Report Package

  • Group Score Report: Presents total and standard scores for each participant within the designated testing group.
  • Analysis of Scores: Compares group performance to site, state, and national averages for total scores and individual standards, offering insight into performance patterns and trends.
  • Individual Score Reports: Displays each participant’s results alongside group, site, state, and national averages. When a pre-test was completed, the report also includes pre-tests results and the percentage change from pre-test to post-test.
  • Competency Report: Offers detailed competency-level results for both individuals and the group, helping educators pinpoint strengths and areas for targeted improvement.
Beyond these core reports, additional data extracts and summary reports are readily accessible, providing schools with the tools they need to support reflection, continuous improvement, and learner success.
