This process is designed to help teachers efficiently manage study guides and distribute student credentials while ensuring accurate tracking and communication.

Student Access (Token/PIN)

  • Tokens/PINs will display once student names have been added.
  • Students should visit the digital study guide website at https://lms.nocti.org/login and sign in using their Token and PIN.

Student Access to Guides

  • Send individual emails to students or use Send Bulk Emails for the entire group.
  • Bulk email view displays the last sent date.
  • Print credentials when emails are not entered. The printout includes:
  • Student name
  • Token/PIN
  • Login website

Reassigning Study Guides

Study guides can be reassigned only until an email has been sent to the student or the Token/PIN has been used.
